2013 Subaru WRX Special Edition Prices Announced
In addition to the orange paint job, the 2013 Subaru WRX Special Edition models have Jet Black wheels, black side mirror caps, black body graphics, and black badges. Inside, all models have dark STI-sourced trim and a black headliner, as well as orange contrast stitching and orange-accented floor mats.
Subaru plans to build 200 examples of the WRX Special Edition equipped with the WRX model's 265-horsepower, turbocharged, 2.5-liter Boxer 4-cylinder engine. Just 100 examples of the WRX STI Special Edition will be offered, powered by a 305-horsepower version of that same engine. The WRX STI Special Edition also has a multi-mode Driver Controlled Center Differential (DCCD), Subaru Intelligent Drive (SI-Drive), and a traction and stability control system with a performance-driving mode for the track.
The 2013 Subaru WRX Special Edition models go on sale in the spring of 2013.
