New BMW M Performance Parts Offered for 3 Series and 5 Series
If you have a 2012 or 2013 BMW 328i or BMW 335i owner on your holiday shopping list, the local BMW dealer has a number of new accessories available. Starting with the exterior, a new M Sport Line Retrofit Kit is available for 3 Series owners who purchased a 2012 model before the 2013 M Sport Line variant debuted. Additionally, M Performance parts including a front splitter, rocker panel blades, rear spoiler in Black or Carbon Fiber, and a rear diffuser panel.
For the car's cabin, BMW M Performance is offering stainless steel pedal covers, M Performance floor mats, an M Performance carbon fiber brake handle with an Alcantara shift boot, and an Alcantara-wrapped M Performance electronic steering wheel with a flat-bottom rim and numerous data display options.
To improve a 328i or 335i model's performance, the dealer can now install an M Performance exhaust system, M Performance Suspension Kit, 20-inch M Performance double-spoke forged aluminum wheels with Pirelli P Zero run-flat performance tires, and an M Performance braking system with Brembo components and red, yellow or orange calipers emblazoned with an "M" logo.
Switching gears to the BMW 5 Series, the new parts include a carbon fiber front splitter, new rear diffuser panel, and an M Sport Package Retrofit Kit. A non-electronic version of the M Performance flat-bottomed steering wheel is available, wrapped in Alcantara with a carbon fiber insert and featuring a red quick-index stripe in the 12:00 position. Additional upgrades for the 5 Series include M Performance carbon fiber interior trim and stainless steel pedal covers.
Shoppers can also upgrade the 5 Series with a new M Performance exhaust system (535i only) and unique M Performance V-spoke aluminum wheels with Bridgestone Potenza RE050 A run-flat tires.
BMW says the new M Performance accessories are available now at authorized BMW Centers nationwide.
