Honda Models Receive Two Awards in the 2013 Vehicle Dependability Study

J.D. Power and Associates has released findings of the 2013 Vehicle Dependability Study, and American Honda Motor Co. is one of three automakers to receive more than one award in the annual survey of vehicle owners. The Vehicle Dependability Study measures problems that original owners of 3-year-old vehicles have experienced during the preceding 12 months. The 2013 study includes vehicles from the 2010 model year.

This year, the Honda Crosstour ranks highest in the Midsize Crossover/SUV segment, higher than the Toyota Venza and the Toyota 4Runner. In the Entry Premium Crossover/SUV segment, the Acura RDX receives a dependability award, due to its higher ranking than the Audi Q5 and Mercedes-Benz GLK-Class.
