Two New Mini Cooper Clubman Special Editions to Debut in Geneva

The new Mini Cooper Clubman Bond Street model is named after London's most exclusive shopping street, "a place steeped in the tradition of classical style, the British way of life and the appreciation of quality," according to Mini. The Bond Street special edition is painted Midnight Black with a Cool Champagne roof, mirror caps, and hood stripe accents. A set of 17-inch twin-spoke black aluminum wheels with a Cool Champagne center cap completes the look.
Inside, the new Mini Clubman Bond Street edition offers Carbon Black leather sport seats with Deep Champagne piping and stitching. Black leather is wrapped around the dashboard, with Deep Champagne cabin accents and additional chrome trim.
Offered with a 121-horsepower, 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine or a turbocharged, 181-horsepower, 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine and a choice between a 6-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed automatic transmission, the new Mini Clubman Bond Street special edition goes on sale in March. Mini says pricing for models bound for the United States will be available closer to the time of their arrival in showrooms.

In Geneva, Mini also plans to introduce a Hyde Park special edition, offered as a Cooper Hardtop or a Cooper Clubman. The Mini Hyde Park model, unconfirmed for sale in the United States, is named after a prestigious area of London and is painted Pepper White with Cool Champagne exterior d?cor. Buyers have a greater range of interior color selections with this model, but the powertrain lineup matches the new Mini Bond Street model.
