New for 2018:Nissan Trucks, SUVs, and Vans

Aside from the new 2018 Kicks, which Nissan calls a crossover SUV even though it lacks an all-wheel-drive option, and which replaces the Juke this year, the automaker updates and upgrades its lineup of trucks, SUVs, and vans with new standard equipment, expanded availability of important safety and infotainment systems, and a greater variety of Midnight Edition option packages.

2018 Nissan Armada

  • A NissanConnect infotainment system with an 8-inch touchscreen display, NissanConnect Services technology, HD Radio, improved voice recognition software, and a hands-free text messaging assistant now comes standard
  • Platinum and Platinum Reserve trims add a new Intelligent Rear View Mirror which uses cameras and a video feed to show an unobstructed view of what’s behind the SUV
  • Platinum Reserve trim is new for 2018, adding dark chrome exterior accents and 20-inch wheels, 2-tone leather seats with special stitching, and upgraded cabin trim

2018 Nissan Frontier

  • New standard equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control, a reversing camera, and an infotainment system with a 5-inch display screen, Bluetooth, and Siri Eyes Free capability
  • New Midnight Edition Package installs blacked out trim and appearance items

2018 Nissan Kicks

  • New subcompact 5-door hatchback replaces Juke in lineup
  • S, SV, SR trim levels
  • 125-horsepower, 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine with a continuously variable transmission
  • Front-wheel drive; all-wheel drive is not offered
  • Every Kicks has automatic emergency braking, a reversing camera, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
  • Available class-exclusive Bose Personal Plus headrest speakers, 360-degree surround view camera system, blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert
  • On sale in June, 2018

2018 Nissan Murano

  • NissanConnect infotainment system with 8-inch display screen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and navigation is standard on all trims, along with forward collision warning and automatic emergency braking
  • SV trim adds standard blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, auto-dimming rearview mirror with universal home remote
  • SV Premium Package adds adaptive cruise control, driver alertness monitor, 360-degree surround view camera system, power panoramic sunroof, premium sound system, heated front seats, heated side mirrors, gunmetal-finish aluminum wheels
  • SL trim adds standard motion-activated power rear liftgate, heated rear seats, heated steering wheel
  • SL Moonroof Package is new for 2018
  • Platinum trim adds standard dual-panel glass roof

2018 Nissan NV

  • Standard equipment list grows to include power windows, power door locks, remote keyless entry, a reversing camera, and an infotainment system with a 5-cinch display screen, USB port, Bluetooth calling and music streaming, and hands-free text messaging assistant

2018 Nissan NV200

  • Standard equipment includes a reversing camera, 5-inch infotainment display screen, USB port, Bluetooth calling and music streaming, hands-free text messaging assistant

2018 Nissan Pathfinder

  • Standard equipment includes extra USB ports, automatic emergency braking and a new Rear Door Alert system designed to help prevent owners from leaving children, pets, or other important items in the SUV
  • SL trim adds adaptive cruise control and a NissanConnect infotainment system with NissanConnect Services and a navigation system
  • New Midnight Edition Package for SL trim installs blacked-out exterior accents
  • Revised option package content and naming
  • New paint colors: Midnight Pine and Scarlet Ember

2018 Nissan Rogue

  • Standard NissanConnect infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration
  • SV trim gains motion-activated power rear liftgate
  • SL trim now includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning and lane departure prevention systems
  • ProPilot Assist driver assistance technology is a new option with SL trim and the Platinum Package
  • Minor changes to option package contents and names
  • New paint colors: Midnight Pine and Scarlet Ember

  • Nissan makes minor naming and equipment changes to the 2018 Rogue Sport’s option packages
