Available with the Supercharged trim is the Autobiography package of options, which further enhances the leather interior trim and adds a leather headliner. It also includes 4-zone climate control and a rear entertainment system, among other features.

Both the HSE and the Supercharged trims feature 5.0-liter V-8 engines coupeed with 6-speed automatic transmissions and permanent 4-wheel drive. Both engines deliver 12 mpg in the city and 18 mpg on the highway.

Standard safety features on the 2010 Land Rover Range Rover include anti-lock disc brakes; traction, stability, and hill descent control; front-seat side air bags; side curtain air bags; driver's knee air bag; front and rear parking sensors; and a parking assist camera.
