The 2013 Chrysler Town & Country is a 7-passenger minivan offered in Touring, Touring-L, and Limited trim levels. Standard equipment includes 17-inch aluminum wheels, fog lights, automatic headlights, and heated power exterior mirrors.
The 2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring is equipped with standard triple-zone climate control, leather seats, power front seats, power sliding side doors, power tailgate, single-screen rear DVD entertainment system, and a touch-screen radio with a 30-gigabyte hard drive, USB port, reversing camera, and Uconnect hands-free Bluetooth connection. Additional standard features include LED overhead lighting, universal garage door opener, auto-dimming rearview mirror, power-adjustable pedals, 115-volt power outlet, and a rechargeable and removable portable flashlight.
The 2013 Chrysler Town & Country Touring-L is equipped with several standard safety technologies including rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring system with cross-path detection, auto-dimming high beam headlights, rain-sensing wipers, and a tire-pressure display showing inflation pressure at each individual wheel. The Touring-L also includes a remote engine starting system, security alarm system, rear side window sunshades, exterior mirrors with integrated turn signal indicators, and an auto-dimming driver side mirror.
Extra chrome exterior trim, HID headlights, premium Nappa leather seats with suede inserts, heated leather and wood steering wheel, and a dual-screen rear-seat entertainment system are included on the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country Limited trim. The Limited also comes standard with heated front and second-row seats, premium sound system with Bluetooth music streaming capability, navigation system, and keyless entry with push-button ignition. Also on the Limited, an expanded center console is installed between the front seats.
Each Town & Country trim can be upgraded with options including a power sunroof, second-row \"luxury\" captain's chairs, and a power folding third-row seat. Uconnect Web service turns any Town & Country into a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, and an optional Trailer Tow Group includes load-leveling suspension.
Additionally, the standard Touring trim is offered with an optional SafetyTec Group that includes the safety features that come standard on the Touring L trim: rear parking sensors, blind-spot monitoring system, rear cross-path monitoring system, auto-dimming high beam headlights, rain-sensing wipers, and a tire-pressure display showing inflation pressures of each wheel.

A 283-horsepower, 3.6-liter V-6 engine is standard on every 2013 Chrysler Town & Country, bolted to a 6-speed automatic transmission that drives the front wheels.

In crash tests performed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country receives a 4- (out of 5) star overall rating, with 5-star ratings in all side-impact tests. As this overview was written, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) had not performed crash tests on the 2013 Chrysler Town & Country. However, the structurally identical 2012 model was named a \"Top Safety Pick\" by the Institute.
