For 2010, Nissan is introducing a completely redesigned convertiblemodel based on the new 370Z platform. The 370Z Roadster is smaller,lighter and decidedly sportier than the outgoing model and it shows inthe details. The familiar VQ-family engine has grown in size and power,for improved acceleration, and the interior has been completelyreworked with higher quality materials and better ergonomics. Thefully-lined cloth top is completely automatic in operation, and theRoadster features a glass wind blocker to increase passenger comfortwhen the top is down.
Nissan's New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers the 370Z Roadster duringthe first 3 years/36,000 miles. A powertrain warranty extends to 5years/60,000 miles. There is no deductible on either warranty, andtowing may be reimbursed if the vehicle is less than 36 months old.

The addition of the new 2010 Nissan 370Z Roadster increases the modellineup to four: 370Z Coupe, 370Z Touring Coupe, 370Z Roadster, and 370ZRoadster Touring. With the exception of the fixed or convertible roof,all models share the identical V-6 powerplant, transmission choices,and rear-wheel-drive powertrain. The option differences are found onlyin the equipment levels.
Standard on all 2010 Nissan 370Z Roadster models is air conditioning,power windows, power door locks, black woven "Carbon" cloth seats, andan AM/FM/CD audio system with 4 speakers. The seats are both manuallyadjusted. The 370Z Roadster Touring is upgraded with leather and suedeseating surfaces, power-adjustable seats, and a 240-watt Bose audiopackage with 6 speakers and 2 subwoofers. The standard seats on theRoadster Touring model include integrated heating and coolingfunctions. Optional is a hard-drive-based Nissan navigation system withXM NavTraffic, a 9.3 GB music hard drive, and a built-in iPod adapter.An optional Sport package adds a limited-slip differential, 19-inchforged aluminum wheels, sport brakes, and a front and rear spoilerpackage.

The standard disc brakes are 12.6 inches in diameter in the front, and12.1 inches in the rear. Optional on both models (included in the Sportpackage) are 14-inch disc brakes with 4-piston calipers in the front,and 13.8-inch discs with 2-piston calipers in the rear. All 370ZRoadster models are fitted with 18-inch cast aluminum alloy wheels asstandard equipment. Larger 19-inch forged aluminum alloy wheels, withwider performance tires, are included in the Sport package.
All 370Z Roadster models are equipped with Nissan's Advanced Air BagSystem including dual-stage front air bags with seat sensors and afront-passenger classification sensor. Both seats are equipped with3-point seat belts with pre-tensioning devices and active headrestraints. Driver and passenger side-impact air bags and door-mountedcurtain air bags are also standard, and twin safety rollover hoops areinstalled behind each passenger seat. Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC),Traction Control System (TCS), and a Tire Pressure Monitoring System(TPMS) is also standard equipment.

The optional Navigation package includes a touch-screenNissan Hard Drive Navigation System with XM NavTraffic real-timetraffic information, 9.3 GB Music Box hard drive, and a USB port foriPod connectivity. New enhancements include a higher-resolution screen,wireless Bluetooth music player audio streaming, an on-board Zagatrestaurant ratings database, in-dash DVD player, and asubscription-based XM NavWeather weather information display.
