2018 Fiat 500X Blue Sky Edition SUV Available this Spring

Fiat, which is part of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), this spring will offer a Blue Sky Edition appearance package to perk up sales of its 2018 Fiat 500X small SUV Pop trim level variant. The near-custom Blue Sky Edition group with a blue color theme features premium paint color choices, power sunroof, plus some fun and personalized exterior and blue interior accents to express Fiat’s “passionate self expression” brand philosophy.

Available in front-wheel (FWD) ($1,495 retail) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) configuration ($1,195) 500X Pop crossovers equipped with a 180-horsepower, 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine and 9-speed automatic transmission, the Blue Sky Edition package adds automatic headlight systems, fog lamps, and will ride on 17-in. aluminum wheels with matte black accents. The package also includes a choice of four exterior paint colors: Bianco Gelato (White Clear Coat), Blue Sky Metallic, Nero Cinema (Black Clear Coat), and Grigio Graphite (Graphite Grey).

Premium exterior touches include satin chrome mirror caps, door handles, body side moldings, fog-lamp bezels, and front and rear badging with taillamp bezels and a special liftgate or trunk handle. On the inside the Blue Sky Edition package creates a blue-tone environment with special blue-patterned cloth seats, blue instrument panel, and dual-pane power sunroof.

The Italian-designed Fiat 500X small SUV, which is built in Italy alongside the Jeep Renegade, can seat 5 and includes three trim levels: Pop, Trekking, and Lounge. A base 500X Pop small crossover is powered by a turbocharged, 1.4-liter 4-cylinder engine partnered with a 6-speed manual that produces 160 horsepower and 184 lb.-ft. of torque and gets up to 33 mpg on the road, according to Fiat. Starting sticker is just $19,995, according to FCA.
