2014 Nissan Altima Prices and Changes Announced

By Jeff Youngs, August 08, 2013
The popular Nissan Altima was redesigned for the 2013 model year, and now the 2014 model is on sale accompanied by what the automaker says are "significant enhancements" to the available NissanConnect technology.

For 2014, new NissanConnect Apps with Google local search and Facebook access becomes available in the fall, to be followed by iHeartRadio and Pandora applications. When the NissanConnect system includes navigation, it supplies SiriusXM Travel Link services including weather reports, fuel prices, and more.

All 2014 Altimas are equipped with new seat cloth, improved noise isolation for a quieter interior, and chrome exhaust tips. Nissan also shuffles option packages for 2014, adding a new Sport Value package (16-inch aluminum wheels, rear spoiler, remote engine starting), Display Audio package (5-inch color touch-screen radio display, NissanConnect Apps, satellite radio, USB port, reversing camera), and a Technology package (NissanConnect navigation, NissanConnect Apps, blind-spot warning, lane-departure warning, moving-object detection).

With the cancellation of the Nissan Altima Coupe, the 2014 Altima lineup includes seven versions of the Altima Sedan, ranging in price from $22,650 for the base 2.5 model to $31,450 for the Altima 3.5 SL. The prices include a destination charge of $790.
