New for 2018: Toyota Cars

Aside from introducing a redesigned Camry midsize sedan and announcing a freshened Sienna minivan, Toyota makes few, if any, changes to its lineup of passenger cars. Stay tuned, though, because a new Avalon is coming in 2019, and a new Corolla is due soon, too.

Detailed changes for each Toyota car and van are shown on the pages that follow, the vehicles listed in alphabetical order.

2018 Toyota 86
  • New GT Black trim with black outside mirrors and a special rear spoiler
  • New Thunder paint color reserved for GT Black trim
  • Hot Lava paint color discontinued

2018 Toyota Avalon

  • Toyota reports no changes to the Avalon in advance of a complete redesign for 2019

  • Popular midsize family sedan is completely redesigned
