  • 2010 CTS Sport Wagon: Cadillac fills out the CTS lineup this year with the introduction of a new Sport Wagon model, which joins the CTS and CTS-V sedans and improves cargo utility by offering up to 53.4 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded.

  • 2010 CTS Sedan: The CTS Sedan gets a new standard 3.0-liter V-6 engine with direct injection for 2010, as well as a USB port, available adaptive forward lighting and a pop-up navigation system. Enthusiasts will continue to seek the returning 556-hp CTS-V Sedan.

  • 2010 DTS: The full-size DTS sedan carries over for 2010, only adding two new exterior colors.

  • 2010 Escalade: For 2010, the Escalade's 6.2-liter V-8 engine is equipped with fuel-saving Active Fuel Management technology, front-seat occupants are protected by new side thorax air bags, and there is a revised inner door design for enhanced side-impact protection.

  • 2010 SRX: The redesigned 2010 Cadillac SRX midsize luxury crossover is smaller than the previous-generation SRX and is engineered to focus on efficient performance, according to Cadillac. A direct-injected, 3.0-liter V-6 engine is standard and a new, 2.8-liter turbocharged V-6 is optional.

  • 2010 STS: The STS sedan carries over for 2010, offering V-6 or V-8 power and rear- or all-wheel drive. It also adds two new exterior colors.

  • The XLR roadster has been discontinued.

Cadillac begins filling out the CTS lineup this year with the introduction of a new Sport Wagon model. Joining the CTS and CTS-V sedans, the new Sport Wagon improves cargo utility by offering up to 53.4 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded. Offered in standard, Luxury, Performance and Premium trim levels, the new CTS Sport Wagon is available with rear- or all-wheel drive. The standard model has the smaller of two V-6 engines and the usual roster of entry-luxury standard features including a Bose audio system with XM satellite radio, dual-zone climate control, OnStar telematics with a one-year subscription to service, heated side mirrors, and 17-inch alloy wheels. The seats are upholstered in leatherette, rather than leather. Options include a panoramic sunroof, dealer-installed rear-seat entertainment system, chrome wheels, and a handful of other items.

A new 3.0-liter, direct-injected V-6 is the standard engine for CTS sedans for 2010. It is the same engine that powers the new CTS Sport Wagon and a variant of the engine used in the all-new SRX. Also for 2010, the CTS Sedan incorporates a new USB port for audio devices, offers an adaptive forward lighting system, and adds a pop-up navigation system. The high-performance CTS-V returns with its suede-trimmed steering wheel and shift knob now standard. Also, a new wood trim package adorns the interior.

As in previous years, there are three Escalade models to choose from: standard-length Escalade, extended-length Escalade ESV, and the Escalade EXT sport-utility truck. Cadillac also offers the Escalade Hybrid and Escalade Platinum Hybrid, both of which offer a 50-percent fuel-economy improvement in city driving over non-hybrid models. For 2010, the Escalade's 6.2-liter V-8 engine is equipped with fuel-saving Active Fuel Management technology.
