Overall Satisfaction: This score is based on how new-home owners rate their overall satisfaction with their home.
Sales Staff: This score is based on how new-home owners rate the professional appearance and dress, honesty and integrity, effective demonstration of home features, knowledge of financing options, ability to follow through and problem resolution.
Design Centre: This score is based on how new-home owners rate the helpfulness of design centre staff, variety of options and upgrades offered, convenience of hours, and convenience of location with their home builder's design centre.
Home and Building Readiness: This score is based on new-home owner satisfaction with the condition of the home and building (interior and exterior) at both pre-delivery inspection and at closing in addition to accuracy of home delivery date promised by the builder.
Service/ Warranty Staff: This score is based on new-home owner satisfaction with their builder's service/warranty staff including ease of making a service/warranty request, attention to details of work, cleanliness of work and clarity explaining builder's warranty program.
