According to the recently released J.D. Power 2016 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study, problems related to audio, communication, entertainment and navigation (ACEN) technology are increasing, accounting for 20% of all problems and making it the most problematic category in 2016.
Dealers can help mitigate some of these issues by taking time during the vehicle delivery process to ensure their customers know how to use the technology and help them pair their phone with the vehicle.
