Tricia Rodgers is the Director of Global Research Operations at J.D. Power. She is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and execution of research activities for both industry benchmark and proprietary projects for the Travel industry, and manages all aspects of research from study design through analysis and reporting.

Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2013, Ms. Rodgers led research projects as a vice president for Morpace, where she managed a team focused on examining customer satisfaction, brand image and new product development.

Ms. Rodgers earned a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
