Ms. Nicol has more than 25 years of market research experience, including qualitative research design and execution, questionnaire design, quantitative data collection methods, data analysis and overall market research project management. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2014, she was vice president of research management at Market Strategies, where she managed a team of more than 30 research professionals in the project management role of a full-service market research company. Previously, Ms. Nicol was a research manager at ABN AMRO Mortgage Group. There, she primarily managed outsourced vendors and worked with key stakeholders to share and assess market research study findings. Earlier, she was in market research at American Community Insurance and Thompson Associates.
Ms. Nicol received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, from the University of Michigan—Dearborn.
