Dr. Watson joined J.D. Power in 2014, bringing with him a strong background in organizational improvement and extensive expertise in survey design, measurement and quantitative and qualitative analysis. Previously, he served as a lead consultant and project manager for a boutique human capital management consulting firm. There, he led projects including employee survey implementation; test development; 360-degree feedback; leadership development; training programs; and assessment centers for a range of organizations across multiple industries.
Dr. Watson received a master’s degree and Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University.
