Frank Gerstenberger is Director, Product Management for Digital Products at J.D. Power. He is responsible for J.D. Power’s Digital Experience Evaluation solutions and bringing new online and mobile products and services to market.

Mr. Gerstenberger has more than 20 years of management experience in the technology and online industries. Prior to joining J.D. Power in 2012, he held executive and management positions in product management at BlueCava, AudienceScience, ValueClick, Intel, Xircom and Quarterdeck.

Mr. Gerstenberger earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master’s degree in business administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
