Ms. Cooley joined J.D. Power in 1996 with experiences spanning the automotive, healthcare, real estate and diversified services industries. She has managed the research operations for several syndicated and proprietary studies. This research foundation has enabled her to now serve as a trusted advisor to clients, as she helps them to hear, understand and take action on the Voice of the Customer.
Ms. Cooley earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from California State University, Northridge.
