The Distinguished Hospital Program
The J.D. Power's Distinguished Hospital Program provides hospitals with the opportunity to measure and compare patient satisfaction against established national service performance benchmarks. Hospitals that meet or exceed qualifying criteria established by J.D. Power's benchmark research are eligible for recognition as distinguished hospitals for service excellence.
