Close Return Process: This score is based on how customers rate the convenience of the rental car return location, amount of time needed to get from the facility to the terminal, ease of returning the rental car, courtesy of the rental car return personnel, and speed of rental car return process. Close Costs & Fees: This score is based on how customers rate the competitiveness of rates and fees. Close
