In surveys that J.D. Power and Associates has conducted with owners of the Toyota Venza, the people that actually own one told us what they like and don’t like about their car.

What Owners Like:

“The looks! Wow! Beautiful, sleek, bold styling. A head turner!”

“Exterior – great looks, a real head turner. Interior – great looks, comfortable seats.”

“Interior and exterior [are] gorgeous.”

“[I like] the way it drives [and] the way it looks.”

“Handling is superb.”

“No glovebox lock available.”

“No memory seats/mirrors. No cooled seats.”

“No memory seats available, even as an option. Curious.”

“Interior lights [are] way too dim.”

“Visors suck. Do not cover enough like other Toyota models.”

“Sun visors do not adequately cover side windows.”

“Sun visor needs extension for driver’s side window.”

“[No] ding/dent side molding.”

“No protective strip for parking lot encounters.”

“Needs mudflaps. Toyota does not make them.”

“Doors easily freeze shut from road slush at lower edge.”

“Would have liked a bigger storage area with second seat up.”

“Storage/cargo area too small.”

leather was not tanned proprerly.Determined to be a bad batch. Replaced bt Toyota. 6 weeks later,starting again on 1 seat. Beige leather. Before it was on 3 seats. 2 owners/rare passengers.

Lowbeam headlights are too dim.
