What Owners Like:

“I love my hybrid engine, that it turns off when stopped.”

“Fuel economy is better than expected.”

“Hybrid system is seamless.”

“Quiet – very little road or engine noise while driving.”

“Very quiet, so Bluetooth works!”

“Very quiet interior – truly exceptional.”

“Driving dynamics – handles very well.”

“Great in snow and ice.”

“Handles nicely.”

“Smooth ride for long trips.”

“The more I drive it, the more I like it.”

“Comfort – great for commuting.”

“Uncompromised space.”

“Space [and] styling – lots of room, still looks good.”

What Owners Don’t Like:

“The little delay on start from [a] stop.”

“[Engine] stumbles when starting out at red light.”

“Because of hybrid, slow take-off, not much pick-up.”

“Poor acceleration from [a] stop.”

“[I don’t like] passing power at highway speeds.”

“Gas mileage around town worse than expected with [a] hybrid.”

“Lower mpg than expected.”

“Small size trunk.”

“Navigation cannot be used while moving.”

“Difficult to understand and use navigation system.”

“Navigation system is impossible to use.”

“Bluetooth integration [is] weak. Does not allow multiple phones easily.”
