I have a 2008 MDX. Very happy with it so far. Great ride, very comfortable, superior handling and ride like a tank!! Feel very safe in winter driving with its excellent SHAWD. It's at the top of the heap among its class.

going over small speed bumps slowly, noise (grinding) and clunk. seems a common problem, otherwise not a bad vehicle, 2008 mdx

Like the car overall; navigation system was sold on proviso that it was "update" at least once a year. I checked upstream suppliers to source and found that some areas may be updated but not many. I bought new 2008 mdx in austin in dec. Absolutely NO updates for texas at all and even areas such as waco and austin with streets in existence for years were not covered propertly. houston not updated etc. when going to actual source which said that they supply verizon etc. with their data was also told (but unverified with acura) that acura does not push for updates--unverified. In any case I have had other gps units thisone is ok and a little slow (you can miss an exit easitly by the time it tells youand seems to be off about 500 feet. Not worth the tremendous premium for the accuracy and the worthless updates; you can buy the update for about 200 but check to see if your area is updated; dealership basically shrugs off the problem which is understandable since they can do nothing to resolve; suggest you bring up during price negotiations--at the least get two years of "updates" paid. Acura "customer service" was useless, less than useless. I actually followed the help line tips in the acura magazine and their staffers said they had no knowledge to pass on when I called. Very disappointing.
