The E-Class has a new look and enhanced standard equipment for the 2007 model year. It also is available with a new Bluetec diesel engine as well as in a 507-hp E63 AMG high-performance gasoline-powered version. Standard equipment now includes a sunroof, 6-CD changer and Harman/Kardon sound system, as well as Mercedes’ Pre-Safe safety system, first introduced on the latest S-Class models.

The E-Class is Mercedes-Benz fullsize and executive sedan. The current generation was introduced in 2003 but has been redesigned and updated for 2007. All E-Class vehicles now come with the Pre-Safe safety system that Mercedes launched with the latest generation of its S-Class, its largest and most luxurious sedan.
