The Mazda B-Series compact pickup offers consumers an alternative version of the popular Ford Ranger, but with a longer bumper-to-bumper warranty (four-years/50,000 miles for the Mazda vs. three-years/36,000 miles for the Ford). The B-Series is one of the last truly compact pickup trucks on the market. Though it's priced within reach of anyone with a paycheck and a decent credit score, its cramped interior and narrow bed can't compete with newer trucks such as the Toyota Tacoma and Nissan Frontier.
