2009 Smart ForTwo
The 2009 Smart Fortwo, produced by the Mercedes Car Group, is a 2-door, 2-seat car with rear-wheel drive. Two body styles will be offered: coupe and convertible. The Smart Fortwo is powered by a 3-cylinder engine, matched to a 5-speed automated manual transmission. According to Smart, the Fortwo takes 12.8 seconds to sprint from 0 to 60 mph and is capable of a top speed of 90 mph. The EPA fuel economy ratings are 33 mpg city/40 mpg highway.
