The Hyundai Azera receives a facelift for the 2011 model year—but the big news is under the hood. Both 6-cylinder engines receive Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing (DCVVT) that bumps horsepower on the 3.3-liter to 260, and on the 3.8-liter to 283. The new power is welcome, but fuel efficiency also takes a leap to 20 mpg city and 28 mpg highway with the 3.3-liter (a 10-percent jump) and 19 mpg city and 27 mpg highway on the 3.8-liter.
