Introduction
Following the success of the BMW X5 and X3 sport-activity vehicles (SAVs), BMW unveiled its X1 concept at the 2008 Paris Motor Show. Although it is designated a concept car, the smallest SAV from the German automaker is expected to closely resemble the upcoming production X1 crossover.
