2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse
This sporty 2-door coupé first arrived in showrooms in the late 1980s. Now, several generations later, the Mitsubishi Eclipse and the convertible Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder rank among the top three models in their segment in the 2007 APEAL study. Several engine choices are available,including a 6-cylinder and a 4-cylinder model. With an automatic transmission, the standard engine is EPA-rated at 20 mpg city/26 mpg highway. The 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse is essentially a carry-over from 2007.
