Reviews

Volvo’s V50 sport wagon is offered in three versions: the value-leading V50 2.4i; the performance-oriented V50 T5; and the all-weather V50 T5 AWD. A normally aspirated, five-cylinder engine that produces 168 hp motivates the V50 2.4i. It can be mated to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed Geartronic automatic transmission.
The V50 is the wagon version of the S40 sedan. Introduced last year, the V50 arrives when many people are searching for a fuel-efficient alternative to their SUV. Despite its modest size the V50 can accommodate the needs of most couples and small families. It provides good cargo room, Volvo's renowned reputation for safety, the option of all-wheel drive, and a fun-to-drive quotient no SUV could ever hope to achieve.
