The aptly named Nissan Armada has joined the ranks of such land giants as the Chevrolet Suburban, Toyota Sequoia and Ford Expedition. In a field crowded with competitors and rocked by high gas prices, Nissan hopes the Armada's combination of power, styling, comfort and an extensive list of safety features will be enough to sway consumers. With one of the most powerful standard engines in its class, seating for up to eight and a 9100-pound tow rating, the Armada certainly has the equipment to put the competition on notice.
