The Mitsubishi Galant underwent an extensive redesign for the 2009 model year, so the 2010 model is basically a carryover. The Galant is a 5-passenger midsize sedan, with added safety features and touches of luxury at the upper trim levels. The V-6 engine available in previous years is no longer offered. The Galant’s main competitors include the Toyota Camry, Chevrolet Malibu, and the Honda Accord.
The 2010 Mitsubishi Galant is available in two trim levels, both with front-wheel drive. The base Galant ES trim features 16-inch wheels, cruise control, manual air conditioning, cloth upholstery, and a 6-speaker sound system. The SE trim features 18-inch alloy wheels, premium cloth upholstery, automatic climate control, heated front seats, more power controls, navigation system, 9-speaker sound system, and Bluetooth connectivity.
