The GMC Savana stays much the same for 2006, with the exception of a new Duramax option on select Cargo Vans. The Duramax 6600 V-8 turbo-diesel produces 250 hp and 460 lb.-ft. of torque, giving the Savana up to a 10,000-pound tow rating.
