The 2010 Audi A6 is mostly a carryover from 2009—a year in which Audi débuted a new engine lineup for this model. The A6 is available as a luxury four-door sedan or a five-door wagon—known as the Avant. The A6 is available in four trim levels, with three engine types and numerous luxury options. New for 2010 are LED headlights, and the A6 now features the same fascias used for the Audi A5.
The trim levels are designated according to their engine types: 3.2 FrontTrak Sedan, 3.0 Quattro Sedan, 3.0 Quattro Avant, and 4.2 Quattro Sedan. The FrontTrak Sedan has Audi’s Multitronic continuously variable transmission (CVT), while Quattro trims feature a six-speed automatic transmission with manual mode. All three engines are available in the sedan, while the Avant offers only the 3.0T.
