Battery Aspects: This score measures how customers rate their Smartphone's battery in terms of how long it lasts between charges and the length of time needed to recharge it.
Features: This score measures how customers rate their Smartphone's toggle or navigation wheel, touch screen, stylus, and calendar. It also measures the quality of multimedia capabilities and quality of video of the Smartphone.
Operating System: This score measures how customers rate their Smartphone's operating system speed and ability to move between applications, navigate the internet, view and send e-mail, and transfer files.
