Close Operation: This score is based on how customers rated the ease of understanding how to operate their handset at first, the loudness of the phone’s audio output, and the ease of pressing its keys. It also measures satisfaction with the ease of reading the text. Close Battery Function: This score is based on how customers rated the amount of battery life needed before recharging, length of time needed to recharge the battery, and the ease of replacing batteries. Close Features: This score is based on how customers rated the ease of using the phone’s basic features, variety of ring tone options, quality of ring tone sounds, and variety of features. It also measures satisfaction with the ease of using e-mail and internet features. Close
