2009 Bentley Ratings, Reviews and Awards

Bentley is synonymous with power and luxury, both of which define their 2009 lineup. Each car this year would receive the 1000-watt Naim for Bentley 13-speaker audio system, but the that's just the beginning of luxury upgrades available on 2009 models. The Arnage and Azure made the change to carbon-ceramic brakes with a 20-inch-wheel design, while the rare ultra-luxury Brooklands would raise the bar for coups across the market. The Brooklands envelopes drivers and passengers in the finest wools and leathers, features an opulent trim, and the latest in auto-electronics for 2009. Its cam-in-block engine is styled after a 1959 model, but don't let the looks fool you. The updated twin-turbocharged V8 reaches 60 mph in just five seconds, topping out at 550 hp with 737 pounds per feet of torque. Despite weighing almost three tons, Bentley's ultimate in luxury can reach 184 mph. With only 550 made in 2009, the Brooklands is a rare find.
