Overall Satisfaction: This score is based on how customers rate their overall satisfaction with their medium-duty truck.
Performance: This score is based on customer satisfaction with the truck’s engine, interior, exterior, transmission, and ride/handling/braking.
Quality: This score is based on customer satisfaction with reliability and dependability of the engine, electrical system, transmission, cab/body, drivetrain, wheel and tire, frame/chassis, and braking system.
Warranty: This score is based on customer satisfaction with the truck, engine, and transmission warranties.
Cost of Ownership: This score measures satisfaction with the average cost to own the truck, based on routine vehicle maintenance, fuel economy, expected resale value, ease of operation, carrying (payload) capacity, length of time between preventative maintenance, and the amount of uptime experienced.
